You’ll see the total and the deposit before you send anything, and the brief goes out from your own email. Explainer projects begin with a conversation so we can shape the right approach together.
A payment alone does not start the delivery clock. I first check that your brief, footage and brand materials are complete, confirm the agreed scope and verify your 50% deposit. I then confirm the start and the delivery date by email. Missing material, approvals and scope changes can affect timing, and I’ll keep you informed. For consulting, we agree a call time; your action map follows within two business days of our session.
Short form packs include two consolidated feedback rounds per batch, within the direction we agree. Send your team’s notes together so I can address them as a whole. Corrections of my errors do not use your allowance. A new concept, extra video or another format is a scope change, with any extra cost agreed before I begin. Consulting includes one clarification exchange after your action map.
By email, at every step: your brief arriving, the scope and start date, the first cut, feedback and delivery. I review readiness before moving a project into production. Sending a brief or paying a deposit never silently starts your countdown.
Automation helps with organising footage and repeatable production tasks. Creative direction, edit decisions and the final review stay with me. Generated imagery, synthetic voice or likeness is discussed before use. You can request a process without generative AI, and your client logos, product labels and original footage stay true to the source.
Bring footage and brand material you have permission to use. We agree any music, stock or voice requirements before production. Paid licences, talent, filming and bespoke animation are separate unless included in your scope. Finished exports are included; editable project files and reusable templates are agreed separately.
You see the total, the 50% deposit and the remaining balance before committing. Any applicable taxes, extra costs and cancellation terms are shown before payment. If I can’t accept your scope or schedule, your deposit is refunded. Cancellation before production receives a full refund. After work starts, we agree a fair refund for work not performed.
